Fun Facts About Meerkats
- Life Span: Up to 10 years in the wild and as long as 15 years in captivity.
- Size: Standing tall, they measure 25–30 cm with a tail adding another 20–25 cm.
- Weight: Tiny but mighty, weighing just 600 g to 1 kg.
- Group Name: A group of meerkats is called a "mob" – fitting for these social creatures!
